The board oversees day-to-day management, coordinates strategic actions, and ensures the institutional representation of FPAC.

The Board of Directors is composed of the Executive Board and representatives from professional colleges, reflecting the diversity of the Polynesian audiovisual sector.

It defines strategic directions, approves projects, and ensures the coherence of all actions undertaken.
